I see cracks on the slab. Do I have foundation issues? 

Not all cracks are signs of foundation issue some are typical during the curing process of the slab due to shrinkage of the concrete material. Contact us and we would love to help you make that determination.

Cracks in the brick veneer of the home or interior of the wall finishes can be a sign of foundation issues. Please contact us to help make that determination.

Can you take payments at closing?

We do not take payments at closing; payments are due upon inspection. We do take credit or debit cards for your convenience.

Do you deal with storm damage for insurance companies?

Yes, we’d be happy to do an examination of your property for storm related damage and provide you with a detailed report of our observation and recommendations

Do I need to remove carpet or floor finished material to see the cracks on the floor/slab?

If you do not have any intentions on removing the flooring, it is not necessary for you to remove it. However, it helps us to make more certain recommendations. Because of our experience, we’ve been able to detect crack locations and general size.

Would covering up gaps or cracks hinder the inspection? 

We advise that you do not cover up any gaps or cracks before the structural inspection.

Do you inspect homes when it is raining?

Yes, we are still able to perform a structural inspection without it hindering our findings unless water hinders us from looking at the crawlspace/basement
